The Customer Service here was good. My hot coffee was lukewarm but the hashbrowns were perfectly crispy and hot.
The dining area and restrooms were clean, however, there were alot of fruit flies all over the Donuts. Management needs to pay attention to that issue and adress it.

The owner seems to turn the toaster oven down do your bagles are barely warm, and claims all dunkins are like that. Good thing the sausage was hot enough to melt the cheese cause the bagle couldnt. My frozen coffee was good though

Bought 2 sandwiches asked for 1 strawberry jelly package the lady who rang me up looks like the owner Receipt said Janaki M. said they charge extra for that. Thanks won't be coming back never have I been charged something like this not even at McDonald's and they charge for everything.

The man who helped me multiple times was unwelcoming and you could tell he didn't like his job. I went into the location a few days ago and order an ice coffee (as I always do) and when I took the lid off there were MULTIPLE bugs in my coffee. I brought the coffee back and the man told me "I can make you another one" I said "no thank you, I am all set. I would just like my money back." He told me "I can't do that for you, I don't know how. I will have to call my boss." I told him "I don't have time, I am on my lunch break and you've wasted a lot of my time already." So he told me to come back tomorrow to get my money. I went back the next day and apparently I was supposed to have my receipt with me...I didn't because I wasn't told to bring it in. I did get my money back but I was VERY UNHAPPY that the employee gave me my iced coffee with BUGS in it AFTER he had to stir this coffee before giving it to me!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DRINK A COFFEE FROM ANY DUNKIN EVER AGAIN!!!!

Waited 10 minutes in line at drive through with only 2 cars ahead and opened the coffee when I got on the Highway a couple minutes later to find the coffee was barely luke warm.

This guy who works there he is thee best, thee best he knows how to strike a conversation while moving (multitasking) alway make you feel good and i think he reads minds😆😎 very good place check it out.😎😎
