Dunkin'

The 1 star is because I needed to write the review. Overall I like Dunkin Donuts but this particular location lacks customer service, the wait is very long just to get even 1 item. The workers spend most of their time talking. Today I was served by a person with dirty fingernails and I got a dirty cup to go with my tea. CLEANLINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN HANDLING FOOD.

When a customer asks for decaf, it’s usually for a good reason. I know I didn’t actually get decaf despite it being written on the side, because I ended up with chest pain and a high heart rate and I’m currently up writing this review instead of sleeping. My 92 year old grandfather who survived a triple bypass likes his Dunkin decaf, but fortunately he lives elsewhere because a mistake like this could be dangerous for him.

They genuinely are the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I work nearby so I like to grab coffee on my way in. Half the time I go to the drive through they just take forever and the other half of the time they just don’t acknowledge the fact you in the drive thru. Whenever they don’t answer the driver thru window and I have to go inside, they are literally doing nothing. Wendy was the best there and she’s hardly there anymore. DD was my first job and I know how hectic it can get but this crew just simply does not want to work.

great dunkin, got my midnight with no problems. the reason I said this , midnight require fresh batch, and some of dunkin, their employees don't want timing running, they give u, whatever, I am a cofee drinker, I drink over 8 cups of midnight during the day, I know my coffee, this people sometimes play you for your money, not this one, other dd

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I live across the street and go there a couple times a week because it’s the closest one but I can’t do it anymore. Food is always put together sloppy and coffee is wrong more than it’s right. It takes forever to order because they take the order, have you pay, and give you your stuff all before they take the next order. Worst Dunkin ever.

There are barely any lines at the drive through however its takes about 10 to 15 minutes at least more to to serve small hot drink. The staff are slow to serve. Also, half of the time , if a machine is not broken , they are out of stock of something. I only still go to this sure only because its on my way to work.

We stopped there and got Almond coffees with those double wall insulated metal cups for 14.99 which they fill for free and if you go in with those mud/cups you get a discount on your drinks coffee or teas. So that was pretty cool. And there was someone working with amazing Green/Jade hair which was nice to see because I also dye my hair fun colors. So 5 out of 5. Staff was wonderful, smiling and the energy really helped me start my day right.
