Great selection of beer and a fine atmosphere. Really enjoyed the beer gardens as well. I'm no arborist, but I strongly suspect that there aren't any bonsai trees in the garden - they look like "regular" trees that have been trimmed down to resemble bonsai trees 😂. Still a great place to enjoy craft beer on a nice summer day.

Probably one of the best places we have gone to. Most places You go to that are brewery's have a flow that's hard to follow. Bonsai is no different, but when you you get it...you feel like a local that has been going there for years. The reason we went there was it was pet friendly. This was our second choice, the first was on the main drag and busy. My wife and some of our kids went in to make sure it was dog friendly and the waitress said "no" while standing next to a dog on the porch! We blew them off and found Bonsai Brewing. Thank goodness we did. I can not do justice describing the atmosphere here, but I'll give it a try. There is an inside where tons of people are talking and enjoying themselves. You order in here, Super nice wait staff that will help you out and give you the "lay of the land". The food, I was not expecting too much. There was a guy with a propane burner outside. My wife ordered for me because I was watching the dog. Best burger I have ever had! The outside was full of people enjoying themselves. Kids playing, dogs all on leashes...all in all one of the best places to relax while enjoying a good local beer and a burger!

Great dog friendly brewery with abundant seating. My wife and I tried almost everything that was on tap and enjoyed everything. We got 2 bottles of their sours and have recently drank 1 and really enjoyed it, easily a top beer for both of us. Bonsai does so much right and if we are ever in the area again we're definitely going to visit again.

A really great brewery a really nice inside flowing business style line and proceeding checkout system, awesome and well thought out! The out doors is swanky garden gnome good chit, with room for everyone inside a f definitely out! Very comfy place I wish the 3 IPA's would bring us back, yet sadly I report NOT.

[Updated based on feedback from the owner] It sounds like I just spent too much time on the patio with these beers before sipping, which is completely plausible. Their lovely patio makes it feel like you're sipping beers in the park with buddies (which would otherwise be illegal), and it's easy to accidentally kill an afternoon there without realizing it. I've revised my rating based on the owner's feedback, and based on the fact that I never hesitate to visit Bonsai on every single visit to the area! Super fun place to hang out, but a lot of the beers are over-hopped for the style and the hops themselves taste old or musty. Lots of selection though, so you’re bound to find something you’ll like.
