Mcdonald's

It took a long time to get our order. I noticed that the french fries were sitting in the quote quote warmer as we are standing there just waiting. I wonder what could be taking so long does the french fries are obviously done. Once bags in ready it is handed over to us I immediately noticed that the french fries or as I suspected cold. When I asked why are order took so long I am told it is because they cook to order. All that time waiting for our food to be cooked to order doesn't include french fries it's almost $4 for a large order of french fries to be served cold I don't think so I wish zero stars with an option.💚

Typically great service at the drive through. Last time it took a bit longer to get acknowledged at the drive through, maybe one car ahead of us. About 8 at night. Pulled to the window and 4 team members were standing there chatting. They seemed young , so I get it. Food came out correct and timely after that.

Went for breakfast today, the sign wasn't working and despite sitting at the speaker for about 5 minutes, noone answered me. So I just drove up to the window thinking I could order there, no problem. When I got to the window and told her with a smile that I needed to order still, she threw the bag she was holding (presumably the persons behind me food) onto the counter with a massive angry sigh. Not sure why this was such a big deal to her, but that was completely unprofessional and I just drove off after that.

I ordered off the app to have the food ready when we arrived (20mins away). I arrived and was told they didn't have my order. We placed the order again inside the store. We then waited over 20 mins for that order. I was standing inside and the guy took the order out to the car, same guy that took my order so he knew what we liked like. I went out to the car and seen we were missing a Big Mac. I returned to the store and the manager told me that they had my order ready. The original was there all along hence the first order that came out to the car. This place has no idea what they're doing, there's no communication, and no team work.
