Kfc

Complete trash. The girl working the drive thru was insanely rude to virtually everyone she encountered. We placed an online order, showed up at the expected time and she told us it would be an additional 30 minutes. We didn't have time to wait so we asked for our money back and she said, we don't do refunds, you have to call corporate. I'll never go back here and by the looks of the other reviews, this place needs shut down and/or an entirely new staff brought in.

Ordered 16 piece dinner and extra mashed and gravy. Was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for dark meat or take regular instead of extra crispy. I went for all white meat- they charged me more. When I got it it was mixed white and dark and no extra potatoes and gravy. Tried many times to call and they have their phone turned off so it gives a constant busy signal. Chicken had no flavor. Not worth it.

Well, it started when I came threw the drive threw to get my pick up order, since I had my kids with me & she was completely rude about it & wanted me to come inside & pick it up. Again, she was extremely rude when I came into the store. I got home & only had 7 pieces of chicken out of my 8 piece. The biscuits were so dry and hard they were unable to eat & I was missing my gravy.

This KFC is horable!! The lady working the drive thru was very rude to me today!! All I asked for was the 2nd drink I ordered to b given to me!! She was very rude and grouchy slamming things around! She even slammed down my drink I ordered on the counter and spilled it!! Management and corporate need to get involved!! Theres no reason for your workers to get violent!!!! Sad thing is I deliver for Door Dash I have to go back!! Ugh Something needs to b done about your workers attitude!! I was actually nervous for my safety because I thought what if she wants to fight!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

Had a coupon for a spicy chicken sandwich. Buy one, get one free. I ate in and took the other sandwich home to maybe eat tomorrow. Like the spicy sauce, but it may be too spicy for some. The French fries aren't anything to write home about and I would like to see diet mountain dew offered. Only two employees were in the restaurant and they had very little to do, since the business was sparse. In fact I never have seen it busy. The building, seats, etc need remodeling, but with tight budgets many businesses are in the same boat. The chicken breast in the sandwich was huge! Very thick and juicy. The meal was very value priced at today's standard.

In the past 2 years I’ve never had fresh chicken from this kfc. I was a manager at a fast food restaurant for 2 years. I will tell you this chicken has been sitting out for a hot minute. Tonight has to be the worst meal we’ve had from there…It’s really sad that this kfc has went so downhill, I’m shocked they are still open.

Terrible customer service. The employee was screaming at someone in the drive through when we went inside to eat. It is never acceptable to scream at a customer. It is terrible that the manager allows this to happen. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. It deserves a negative rating. The employee was so aggressive acting when she came to take my order.
