They did not have one donut in stock...no this was not at closing time. Another family arrived after us and was also in shock. The only item they had was muffins so I got one. Guess what...it was a day old muffin. Harder than a rock. Now what about the salesman who handles it to put it in the bag. You know he knew they were old. If I could leave a zero they would get it.

Place take forever through the drive thru. No customer service skills at all. You will sit in drive thru for at least 15 minutes then get to the speaker and nobody says anything for another 5 minutes. Then idk if anyone tells them how to make a drink but this is definitely not a macchiato....

Warner Robins location on bypass is the best! Always provide great service. I always stop there on my way home

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hot latte. The sandwich was barely warm and the cheese was hard and almost frozen, the latte was literally cold and bitter as if yesterday’s coffee was being served. Absolutely horrible. Will never go there again.

Been here 3 times in the last week....once drivethu and twice inside. All three experiences were pretty much the same. I observed the staff and they are not moving with any sense of urgency. Took them long enough to even acknowledge I was in the store....

If you forgot to make the coffee just say you forgot don’t lie and say the latte machine is acting up then finally start making it lol. It’s the lying for me. Just be honest
