Food was ok at best. Rice was undercooked and NOT sticky, required an ID for a minor to use a child support card. I've been to far better panda's locations. They didn't even have chop sticks out 😢

Absolutely love their food! But they should have someone available for pickups. My partner stood outside in the rain for 10 minutes before another customer let her know she was supposed to open the blocked off door and shout her name and order across the restaurant to be picked up.

The helpings are generous and the food is hot and good. They are doing many online pick up orders to practice social distancing, which is great. However, everyone loves this location so the drive-thru on a Friday can be a 45-60 minute wait. Time accordingly or go early in the week!

I ordered online. I waited for a couple of minutes. Good price, but the lo mein noodles were dry. Crabmeat Rangoon was excellent!

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes before got to speaker to order. When I finally got up there I told the girl what I wanted. She said let me check to make sure we have enough available and few minutes later she comes back to speaker and says ok what's your side. I told her and then she says oh wait we don't have what you want available after all. What else can I get you? If she would have told me from the start I could have backed out and went somewhere else but I got stuck in the line for 32 minutes before I could leave with how their drive through is. This is the 3rd time having a bad experience in the last 2 months. Needless to say I won't be going back.

We always order ahead on line, so the service is ALWAYS fast and friendly. I usually get the delicious Orange Chicken. However, this time I tried the Beef & Broccoli..... NOT DELICIOUS. ~SI

Tastes like boxed food out of the freezer section at a grocery store. They so t prepare their food fresh. Its got to be boxed!!! Terrible nasty! I won't be going back.
