Vitality Bowls

Shame on management for scheduling only 1 employee on a hot Saturday! This place is BUSY and there was only 1 lovely worker to handle all the orders and the register. She's holding it down but absolutely should not when it's THIS BUSY. My acai bowl was delicious wish I could have tipped more especially when employees are surely not paid enough to deal with this

On 6/28/22 went in and was greated by the manager she was great very very professional and even gave me a few ideas to what to eat because I was unsure and let me tell you!! My lunch was on point and she made it with love it felt like! I strongly recommend it! Specially if she's there! Very professional caring and great service! I will be back! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Customer service here was terrible. The employee argued with me because I told her she didn't give me what I ordered. After I asked her to just make it for me again she told me I would have to wait 20 mins for my order because she had other people to get to... To add insult to injury one acai bowl was runny and the other wasn't blended all the way. Typically Vitality Bowl is pretty good but I wouldn't go to this location if your looking for what you pay for.

I absolutely love Vitality Bowls but this location is the worst I have ever been to. Order was wrong and the panini was cold (requested an avocado panini and got one filled with beef). Opened up my bag later on just to realize that my smoothie bowl was only half full. When entering the restaurant, the employee was chillin’ on her personal phone at the counter. It’s no wonder my order was poorly done. I wish I had checked the reviews before wasting my time here. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. 👎🏾

I placed an online order yesterday around 5pm.....went to pick up my order and they have a sticky not on the door that says they closed at 3 and to call to pick up your order. I called, no answer. So why was I able to place an online order if you guys are closed??? Makes no sense. Drove there again today to try to pick up my order from YESTERDAY and they have ANOTHER sticky note saying they closed again.....so no I have to try again to get my order that has already been paid for. Ridiculously unprofessional. Don't let customers place paid orders that they can't even pick up!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place has no bathrooms, no ice, not enough ingredients to make their advertised products. The place is extremely dirty and smelled terrible , staff was inexperienced. It is a huge mystery as to how they are in business. The juice was just atrocious and made with old products. Never coming back here again.
