I booked Yama having been let down by Matsuhisa - a place that I had previously visited 9yrs ago. I can honestly say that we were absolutely thrilled by the food and just as importantly the staff at Yama. Philippe was so informative, knowledgable and helpful making our evening even more special. Very nice japanese place. They have a varied menu of sushi, sashimi, between others. They serve japanese beer and different kind of drinks and wine. I could recommend the hammerhead sushi which was delicious. This is definitely a to go place in Vail!

Small, intimate sushi restaurant in the heart of Vail Village. Excellent service and creative menu. Table seating and bar seating. This place is very popular; make reservations! We finished dinner with amazing mochi! Highly recommended!
