I booked Yama having been let down by Matsuhisa - a place that I had previously visited 9yrs ago. Very nice japanese place. They have a varied menu of sushi, sashimi, between others. They serve japanese beer and different kind of drinks and wine. I could recommend the hammerhead sushi which was delicious. This is definitely a to go place in Vail!

Small, intimate sushi restaurant in the heart of Vail Village. Excellent service and creative menu. Table seating and bar seating. This place is very popular; make reservations! We finished dinner with amazing mochi! Highly recommended!
