Slim Chickens

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. When arriving at the window the worker did not look at me, give me my drink prior to waiting longer, or even acknowledge me. This was at 9:30pm May 26, 2022. Horrible customer service. I ended up driving off due to no workers coming to the window. Another customer had been pulled forward to wait. They had been in line for up to 4p minutes. Will not go here again.

I love Slim's, but this place has disappointed me for the last time. The customer service is absolutely horrendous! More than once I've put in a mobile order for curbside, only to sit in the spot for more than 10 minutes past the eta. You'd think they're busy, but when I go inside to inquire about our order, not only do they have the food in a bag, they still don't get your drinks for you. Why even have a curbside option on your app if your employees are too lazy to deliver people's orders or get their drinks? I won't be visiting this location anymore, and I recommend everyone else do the same. They also expect delivery employees to get the orders together and drinks poured, which goes against TABC standards.

Wonderful wings! One of the best in town! Love this place and very fast and friendly! I go here at least once a week for my wing fix! Definitely worth going! Everyone here are always friendly! One of my favorite places to eat! Today I go in and they have a place for the fallen soldier. I love this place even more, honoring those that have fallen!

I’ve never been here to eat before. But I came in to pick up an order for a customer and I was waiting for a bit and the staff was extremely friendly! They apologized for the wait and gave me cold water! They made sure i was updated on the status of the order. I’ve never had a better experience picking food up before. Based on customer service alone, I would recommend them!

I would extremely recommend this place, the food is exemplary, and the service is good. I would say that the chicken is better than Chick-Fil-a's (though I still love Chick-Fil-A's chicken too). The food was ready with only a moderate amount of wait time (especially considering an extremely large order had just been placed for a nearby school). and the food was priced rather nicely.

We come her often! Love the food. Tonight we came and for one when we pulled up we thought they was closed because nobody answered the speaker. Than the guy finally answered. Once we got our food it was cold! I asked the manger do you not cook your fries hot he stated we haven’t been busy, no excuse I paid my money all I ask is for hot food. Other than this I love it
