Service speed was a challenge before COVID. Now it is slow enough I can’t go at lunch anymore.
If you don’t mind waiting 20+ minutes for a sandwich, this is the place for you.

One of the dirtiest and unorganized Subway I've been to. This subway was out of 90 percent of their products that they serve. I understand being out of some items however they were out of literally everything. This really limited their menu selection and deterred many potential customers. Management needs to be addressed to improve this subway that is located in a busy location.

Out of receipt paper so they didn't get our mobile order ahead of time. We arrived at the restaurant and had to email a screenshot of our receipt so they could start making our sandwiches. After that point, about 25 minutes, they started the sandwich making and it took the two employees there 45 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. The restaurant is one of the cleanest subways I've seen but the service was terrible enough to make me rate a 1 star.

Today, we went to the Subway with a group of 5 people for lunch and had a horrible experience. We ordered 5 sandwiches and the lady servicing us, Shiandra, was impatient and rude.
This shows me that Subway doesn't care for their customers at all…

The place is absolutely horrible, Shiandra, the lady servicing us was rude, talking loud, almost impatient, not letting us take a moment to decide on our meal options and preferences. This is the worst Subway I've ever been in my entire life!

I'm really disappointed with subway in Tyler Texas @ i 20 and hwy 271N in the CEFCO Truck stop. Opening at 9am in a truck stop, trucks that supply you your food and products to provide your customers but can't even be open to serve us breakfast at a decent time when we get moving to again supply you with your product. Thanks for starting the morning off without breakfast.

People at this location it is lazy and rude. My husband and I stopped by at 9:54pm six minutes before closing and what they did was wow. They rushed to lock the door then walked and looked away without saying anything. So rude!!!!! One star is too much, they deserve nothing.
