Dairy Queen

We love Dairyqueens Burgers! They were out of onion rings. I asked to have a meal & trade out a blizzard for drink. The gal told me absolutely NO! Really they couldn't of charged us more and made us a happy consumer? I get really tired of the business being right and not the customer. Just slow down and try to let the customer be right! We won't be back for a while.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I watched the manager pick up a piece of trash off the floor w/ rubber gloves on, then make my order with the trash in her hands. She didn't like being checked and attacked me with the dirty trash. Owner doesn't care. Lack luster crew, poor attitudes with a non- caring owner make for a dirty, unpleasant experience. This place however will get high marks from the non-discriminating locals who rarely get out of a 20 mile radius. Upper management doesn't care as well. Tthe systematic inability of DQ to deal with this incident has me doubting their integrity across the board at all levels.SONIC is a far better option. I have been a life long customer, but after Trinity Texas, I doubt that I ever step foot inside a DQ again. Definitely not in TrNOTy Texas, not unless you like being talked down to by rude condescending employees and a weak owner, Curtis. Here to forth shall be referred to as DQ.."DOOKIE QUEEF."

We love this place. The wait is usually not too bad. Order your food sit down and they bring it to you. The staff always seem nice. And the food is great. The establishment was renovated a few years ago and is very clean. This is the only DQ we will go to. We would pass the one in Huntsville to go to this one when we lived there.
