Taco Bell

Do not go to taco bell for fast food! This taco bell has been for years and continues to be the slowest drive thru EVER! I honestly stopped going after they got rid of the mexican pizza cause that was the only thing on the menu worth waiting for in my opinion. When taco bell decided to bring it back I decided to give it another go only to find the same extensive wait. Initially I was hopeful, I pulled in to the line and was the next car to order. When another car pulled behind me and the cars in front where not moving, I was trapped! It took close to 40 minutes to get my food with only 5 cars ahead of me. The Mexican pizza was good but not good enough to make me forget about the 40 minutes I wasted waiting for it.

HORRIBLE extremely long line like 40 minutes to 1 hour in my experience. COMPLETELY wrong order when I was in the drive thru. I promised that I would NEVER EVER go to another Taco Bell because of the experiences I had I went to this restaurant. recently and I saw a “Now Hiring” sign but I don’t think this is a excuse for this I don’t remember them being rude but i don’t remember them being nice because the most rememberable part was the LONG LONG wait. Don’t come here please

Nothing like taking my lunch break, waiting in drive through for 40 minutes, then they get my order wrong and the lobby is not even open to correct it! I mean what kinda geniuses can't figure out what customer service is and that they would make far more money opening the lobby. I'll never be coming back here, and ima tell everyone I work with never to come here

Unacceptably poor customer service has become Taco Bell's defining characteristic lately; the lack of effort by the staff to even pretend they care about getting your order right or get it out in a timely manner must be seen to be believed. I'm not going to complain about the food, if you're going to taco bell you obviously don't care about quality as long as it tastes good, but I will complain about waiting 30+ minutes in a non-rush-hour line only to have the churlish staff get a simple order cartoonishly wrong. I try, I really try, to give food service staff the most credit and benefit of the doubt I can because the vast majority work themselves to the bone and the remainder are people regardless, but the staff at Taco Bell seem to genuinely resent their customers. TLDR, I know the staff at Taco Bell won't care that I won't spend another cent there, and that's not the sign of a healthy company.

6/2/22 10pm went thru drive thru tonight. The young man taking my order was super friendly & cheerful. Got my order and the food was fresh, hot and well made. Nothing was quickly slipped together. AND even though the line was a little long, it was moving fast. Kudos to the entire Taco Bell team tonight! 👏🏻 Tried a veggie power bowl for the first time tonite. I substituted refried beans for black beans. Delicious! Fresh! Will definitely order again. Next time I will ask for bean burrito sauce to be put on top. 😍
