Terrible Customer Service. 6 people standing around talking. I was the only car. Took 10 minutes to get my Cafe Mocha. The girl never spoke one word. I honestly don’t even know what she looked like. Her head was turned the entire time. Jobs are a dime a dozen right now. I’ll spend my money where the staff has a little personality.

This location great for many years, but it seems in the modern day of exploiting workers into exhaustion with lower and lower wages has taken away what made Tim's stand out from the rest. You've boiled down your employee base to people who are justifiably unmotivated to do any more than the bare minimum. Which by the way, if you're going to nearly double the price for a cup of coffee, at least have it prepared correctly when I come to the window. It's either cold, or I end up getting it black with nothing in it. If you want any chance at a good experience, just drive to the location just over the border in Michigan off Sterns. This location just isn't it anymore.

Pretty fast friendly service at this location usually, order was right and fresh. Sometimes the line is long, and as with every other drive through the window and service area needs severely cleaned (noticed all drive-thru places service windows and area are extremely dirty nowadays). The trash outside after the service window was in severe need of attention this day. I'm guessing like most places they need more staff, but also guests could be more courteous when they see a trash is already full.
