Tim Hortons

Waited a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged while the employee waited on drive thru customers. While waiting I noticed the place was filthy, tables covered in crumbs and coffee rings. Behind the counters were just as dirty...except they had what looked like an employees half eaten bagel on the counter where they make food for customers. Why is every tim hortons I go to disgusting?

A friend and I met here for some quiet time to talk without kids around. They didn't have a line in store, but maybe a few cars in the drive thru. After placing our order for just 2 coffees, and paying for it, we ended up waiting almost 15min before someone decided to check to see what our order was on the computer. They asked us to verify our order, a decaf black coffee and a medium double caramel macchiato, then proceeded to ask someone else to make it. All in all we waited almost a half an hour for coffee, didn't receive an apology for making us wait, and then pretended that we weren't there until we left. I definitely won't be back to this location.

Tim Hortons is definitely my favorite chain coffee shop. First and foremost the coffee is always fresh and hot. There is nothing worse than getting a cup of coffee that's lukewarm or tastes like it's been sitting on the burner for hours. I'm always happy with the choices on the bakery side as well.  Anytime I picked up donuts, they were always fresh. I certainly can't say the same for other coffee / donut chains. Lastly, I really like their mobile app.  Navigation is fairly intuitive. It's great the way that they run their promotions.  I don't have to collect hundreds of stars or visit a number of consecutive days in order to get discounts.
