I didn't get my whole order and their dining room is closed due to staffing so I had to sit and wait in line AGAIN to get what was missing from my order. By the time I got back to the window my food was cold. Seems like for 12 to 15 dollars an hour they could get my order right. It wasn't even a complicated order. 2 beef and cheddar meals with 2 cups of cheddar......

The food was great!! Only issue I had was the cashier overcharged me I got the 2 for $6 special and a small order of cruly fries. The cashier rang in the sandwiches up at regular price. Made my bill $13 and something when it should have been nine approximately.

Fries are always cold, even if you ask for fresh ones they never make them for you. The night crew is so unprofessional and act juvenile when they should be concentrating on work. Service in general at this location has gone way down since their GM left a year or two ago.

Service was good and quick, the workers were very nice. So my complaint is just about the new chicken salad market fresh sandwich. I was expecting ……..hmmmmmmmm how do I say it ?? “ flavor ?!!” Lol. It also had a lot of chicken bones in it too. I just had to tap out and throw it away . It was a pretty expensive sandwich to pitch .

Got there just ahead of a bus full of kids. They served the whole crowd in short order. Food was hot and the crinkle Fry's were perfect. Love the cheese sticks.

Like many businesses these days Arbys was short handed and had ahard time keeping up. They did the best they could under the circumstances. I have no complaints but I bet others do since service was definitely slow.

During lunch rush hour it's a cluster. ... The employees are all running around going crazy, so slow service. The employees are friendly though.
Was a 3 star review, had to drop since I am still waiting long. ....time.
