We went here for lunch on Monday and it was amazing !!! Our server Brandi sat us and got us drinks right away! The food came out fast and was hot!! We love the staff here! Very friendly - very clean - I will chose this bob evans over any other one !!! Always good quality food and unlike the other stores you can actually see the managers helping !!!

I was very disappointed with my food. My girlfriend also didn't like the hash browns raw. Took them back to brown more and came out worst that the first ones. Very greasy no eatable.Coffee cups chipped and ask for another and it also was chipped. We told management they need to order new cups. He said there switching to paper cups cause of complaints. He couldn't get the glass coffee cups anymore. Not his fault..I have eaten at Bob Evans many years and if hadn't known better I wouldn't go back.

I try to give them a chance every so often and am always left disappointed. The sandwich I got today was a turkey bacon something sandwich...the bread way soggy and the turkey was gross. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

We are frequent Bob Evans eaters! I love the Honey butter chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy and corn with some banana bread!! Yummy! However, on the other hand my hubby was surprised to find that the steak dinner with mashed potatoes and corn was simply a hamburger pattie.. wth? Once we got his food reorderd it wasnt an issue thankfully but I was shocked as I have never been disappointed with Bob Evans in ALL MY years of coming. I hope they put on the menu this is a hamburger pattie instead of a steak.. so misleading. My son and I had great food!

We normally love this place, today was horrible, food was bad, she didn't even check on us after she dropped off the food, we needed syrup and jelly. She didn't need to take so many tables if she can't handle it. BUMMED OUT

The food options varied. The server was very friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The food was served hot and really looked like the pictures.

Most of the time the carry out is great. They never forget the extras like silverware. My last visit I was bragging to my son about how awesome they are and wouldn't you know he ordered pancakes picks it up brings it to my house there is no butter no syrup. Things happen I understand but overall they are usually outstanding

Ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad carryout. It’s my favorite so I know how it SHOULD look and taste. It was a soggy mess. It was like the lettuce had been sitting in water for a week. Sliced tomatoes (not diced) were also droopy and nasty. Very little bacon. No butter for the rolls. Nearly inedible.
