This is the worst tims in the city by far. Refuse to make food for people all the time even though they dont close for two hours. Orders are messed up often and the staff are rude.

Was in line behind a customer who placed his order, the lady behind the counter was very rude and could tell that she was getting impatient...she got so frustrated rolled her eyes sighing at the customer.
Service industry is all about giving the best to whoever comes to you. I am very dissapointed...this is unacceptable! If you dont like working with people, find another job.

Always out of products. Rude customer service.
I've been willing to give this location slack due to the fact it is in a mall. But today was the last straw. I went to order a medium icecap to be told that they had no medium cups left and that I could get a larger or a small. Besides the fact that I saw there was medium cups (I'm not blind) I ordered a large. Only for her not to mix the drink correctly and leave alot of syrup on the bottom of the cup.

You guys should really stop talking about your personal lives. It's very inappropriate from a customer point of view. I work in retail myself. When a customer comes into my shop, I do not talk about my personal life while they are right infont of me.
This should be reviewed. I dont want to hear what you did at the bar on the weekend.
I do like the food and the drinks. You do a good job. But this should be reviewed.

Was "helped" today by Lyndyn(sadly a very poor staff supervisor) who forgot half our order and when we asked for it she was very rude and huffy about fixing her mistakes. If shes the supervisor I feel bad for the employees there. If you hate people so much Lyndyn go get a different job.

The food I received was too bad. I ordered crispy chicken wrap and the crispy chicken was like too oil and it was disgusting.

The drive through service was OK. If you can go inside. The girls at the counter are very good and quick.
