Great pizza! Meat Lover's was delicious, same with Hawaiian. Perfect break from campfire cooking on a rainy day between campgrounds.

I have been eating Stans pizza since the late 90's, its the most consistent pizza place I have ever tried. Give the Thunder Cape (ask for extra crispy) a go, you won't regret it! The only thing I wish they would change is their mushrooms. Other than that, the pizza is just as good as it was when I was a kid. Consider yourself lucky when they pick up to take your order, they are always busy..you will see why. You gotta eat there. Nom nom

Don’t care for the way they price toppings on their pizza. The special has like 8 toppings called the Thundercape however on one half I only wanted 3, but yet it’s an up charge because one was tomatoes which isn’t part of the 8 toppings...obviously it’s cheaper to have three toppings on one side vs the 8 on both sides, left a bitter taste before even trying the pizza. For this business model I won’t be back.

I have been going to Stan's Pizza for at least 40 years. It has changed hands since the original owner Stan Franklin started it but is still pretty much the same great pizza. It's not a thin crust but medium thickness, required to support the toppings and lots of cheese. Highly recommend.

Zero stars for frustrating service! We were skeptic to try based on other travellers reviews but the local reviews seemed great. Called at 8pm and requested delivery for 9pm at our motel advising we were due to arrive there at 845 pm after driving for over 8 hours. They said no problem. Received a call back at 840 saying they wouldn’t fulfil our order anymore as it was too close to closing time. Almost everything closes at 9 in Thunder Bay leaving us scrambling to find another option.

Great pizza and very nice friendly people to deal with. First time ever I had to share my wings with my wife. Hold on this isn’t a good thing lol. Highly recommend!
