Fat Shack

I understand a long wait… I understand a high price…. Especially for a place called fat shack! I understand you don't have the sandwich I want but are willing to recreate it that is very appreciated even if i did get charged extra for everything on my sandwich i could understand that part… (fries, one slice of bacon, one smashed onion ring, some cheese,ketchup… ) 17$for this FYI… I’m forced to eat this dry disgusting sandwich because it was $17!! Ridiculous! First and last time coming to this establishment!! Definitely not what I expected especially after reading most reviews. Im not here to tell anyone not to try it but this is a real review, one which I would’ve appreciated, best of luck!

Never knew this place existed until I looked up 24 hr food near me. This place isn’t open 24hrs, but it did show them being open till 1am. While waiting on a load to go back to work, we decided to give these guys a try. When we got there the place was pretty busy just before 1am. We ordered a sandwich that had Mac and cheese, fries and mozzarella sticks (we also added chicken) on it. Then the Mac and cheese bites, the deep fried Oreos and the deep fried cheese cake. I also ordered myself a PB cup, chocolate malt shake. Everything tasted great! The little guy that gave me the food seemed wicked happy that I gave them a $5 tip. After getting back to the truck and my co driver and myself digging in, I told her that this place must have been created by some stoners evacuate that sandwich was something that I could see myself making back in my munchie attack days 🤣😂 I would definitely order from this place while in the area again and I would recommend them to my coworkers.

Order ahead online at 1148. ETA for completion was 1208. I asked them about it at 1215, and then sat down until 1250 before having to re remind them about my order. Naturally, after an hour the fried food was soggy and needed to be remade. 0100 and I just left the facility with my food I ordered at 1148 and showed up at 1210 to pickup. Zero concessions offered. Will not be returning. Editing on 04/18/22: Nathan told me to reach out to him, which I obliged on 04/07/22. As of 04/18/22 he never responded to my email. Take this as a warning if you come to this facility, you better ask for concessions immediately as the management will do nothing to make it worth your trouble. Don’t waste your time doing ad they ask, because it’s just that, a waste of time. This serves as the last time I will edit this review, as I am leaving the state this week. I won't leave a negative star rating because the customer service was fine enough. From previous experiences, the burgers are pretty good. The Fat Cow however was a complete disappointment, and definitely not worth the 13 dollars I spent for it. I could only finish the first mini sub and that was honestly a struggle to go through. I couldn't finish it and I don't recommend that meal to anyone. Very disappointed and I hope the next thing I get it is better than that.

The food was amazing! Although the chick with the blue hair and an attitude problem can go step on a Lego and run her shin into a metal table while falling face first into a goat head patch cause honestly that was the worst customer service I've ever received from someone I've never even met let alone at a place I hardly eat at. If the food weren't so good I'd rate this a -5 star
