I never understood when people posted they wish they could give “zero stars” until my visit to what has to be one of the WORST McDonald’s ever… Placed a mobile order on the app. Arrived to be told they were out. Walked 10 blocks to wait and wait until the manager figured out how to give me a refund because “no!” I didn’t want a different sauce. I guess the one star is because I got my steps in - haha

It's a good place, we were able to order using the electronic tablet in the entrance. Time was good, personally the hamburger was normal. It wasn't WOW. We cannot refill drinks :( (we do in Colombia, it's free) and promotions vary location by location do you can check in the app first to choose the best offer.

This McDonald’s is very large and offers an enormous upstairs dining area. It gets extremely busy during lunchtime, but the staff there do a great job of managing the lunch rush. They have a good number of tables and seats, but they fill up fast during lunchtime. If you work in the area, it’s a great option for a quick meal that you’re all too familiar with. They do not have the new self-order kiosks as of June 2018. You can do online and mobile payments with their app and pick up in store. They carry the regular deals and combos you see at most McDonald’s (i.e. dollar menu, 2 for $4, 2 for $5, etc.). If you live in the DC area, I highly recommend downloading and using the McDonald’s app. It has a lot of great deals every day, and extra deals related to the DC sports teams (i.e. the Caps, Wizards, Nats, etc.).

So I ordered breakfast for me and my kids , big breakfast with hotcakes, added extra eggs and sausage , and a sandwich with small orange juice and chocolate milk. When I got my order, I always checked and saw the pancake was missing . And the lady was like you didn't order pancake . I mean, what's the big breakfast with hotcakes mean then ??? So, I have to reorder my meal and add hotcakes and some burritos, which they were cold . The Employeer was completely rude .

Worst McDonald's in the world, poor management also. I was served raw spicy chicken sandwiche and when went to complain to he manger he said that he does not care and won't exchange or refund money. He was not wearing a name batch and when asked he told me that he was Alies... Spanish person who looks like American Indian...... non caring management.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Richmond! Not efficient enough and the employees really don’t care for their job. It doesn’t help with them carrying an attitude while working. With this being one of the top FAST food restaurants, it doesn’t show when going to this particular restaurant as you’ll wait for 15-20 plus no updates on when your food will be ready. THERE ARE NOT EFFICIENT ENOUGH! FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF and get people who care and have goals for their lives
