Master Taco

Agree with others who say this is their breakfast burrito spot. Placed a phone order for 2 burritos and was ready when I got there. The salsa bar was clean and tidy and was able to get some extra salsa which was delicious. My burritos were still hot when I got home, about 10 minutes away. The burritos were huge and were not skimpy on fillings. Bacon was crispy and even had half for dinner. Price is perfect for what you get.

Do not believe the lies in the recent reviews, same person twice with nothing to say? Just 1 star? Get lost! Master Taco is the best, hands down. Portions are huge, staff is always so friendly and welcoming, restaurant is always clean, and the food is incredibly delicious! I wanted to take pictures for the review but forgot because I was so excited to get home and eat lol. Beans? Amazing! Burritos? Divine! I’d recommend the surf n turf and add chipotle sauce! You are doing your taste buds a disservice by not eating here! What are you waiting for!?

Stopped in, with 4 kids under the age of 10, on our way back to Tucson. Young man behind the counter answered my questions with candor, humor, and guile. Not often you see or hear that for the younger generation these days. He totally rolled with the circus we are after a long drive. As others recommended we got an order of rolled potato tacos. I got the #7 combo, Birria style. My husband got the same but Carne Asada to share with my 3 year old. My oldest got the #12, and my 7 year old got a cheese quesadilla. No question, this was some of the most flavorful, well presented, yet simple food we've gotten in AZ. The horchata, a favorite, is made from scratch!! Think sometimes you have to ask if the bad reviews might have had a bad attitude or come on a rare off day for the place. The place was clean, bright, good top 40 music going. If your debating on going in, let this review sway you. Just be prepared to take food home. We are happily stuffed to finish our drive home.

I ordered the two shredded beef enchiladas combo over door dash. I was surprised that both shredded beef enchiladas had a breakfast sausage link in them with the shredded beef. I was surprised! Don’t know if that’s a thing, but it was good! However, I would caution if you don’t like pork be careful before you take a bite :) Salsa was great! Too many chips for the amount of salsa you get, but good!

Don't let the fact that it's a small hole in the wall deceive you, give it a chance! I have been to many more "upscale" restaurants and while the food is usually decent its also very pricey and not that memorable. Here we received good food, fantastic salsas (yes, plural! There is a wide range to choose from) and it was almost half the price of other places we have gone to.
