I had the pleasure of being taken on a date here and my server Wayne made the experience wonderful. Wayne's service was exceptional! He was not only attentive but also had a fantastic sense of humor that made the experience enjoyable. Wayne's charming personality added an extra layer of comfort, making the service truly delightful. I highly recommend his services!

Update 9-28-23 this still remains our favourite Vietnamese restaurant. Today we were fortunate to have Brandon as our server and he was wonderful. We also were unaware that they have a fabulous happy hour that goes all the way from 11 am to 6 pm with lots of yummy food available and great drink prices. We now live over 90 miles away so every time we come to the West Valley, we make sure to put this as a stop. We highly recommend. They also have great Wi-Fi. Saigon Kitchen is the best Vietnamese restaurant we have ever been to. We had the shrimp and vegetable spring rolls - peanut sauce was superb. We followed that with Pho chicken and vegetable soup. Highly recommend

My wife and I finally tried Saigon Kitchen for lunch. What the heck were we waiting for? The food was spectacular. The service was attentive and friendly. My wife loved the shrimp and garlic noodles, which was recommended by our waitress. I was pleased with the stir fry chicken. Our appetizer calamari and spring rolls were so flavorful. So happy we decided to try it. Please don’t wait like we did. Get out to Saigon Kitchen for some amazing flavors. We’ll definitely be back.

Visiting town and the food was so fresh and tasty. Service outstanding and very clean. Mickey was our server, he gave us good recommendations. Sangria was GREAT! We order fresh and egg roll vegetarian, my dad order the pork roll for appetizer. I order the Pho veggie, my sister veggie yakisoba, my boyfriend filet mignon yakisoba everything so yummy. Loved it! Please delight your palate in this restaurant.

First and foremost, Vanessa our hostess turned server was absolutely incredible. Very attentive and came by at the perfect times! She gave great recommendations and she was very patient with it being our first time. Next, the food, it was very delicious! Something for everyone and everything we had was tasty! I'd say you can't go wrong. Drink was a bit small for the price, but the taste made it all worth it! Coming back here for sure for our date nights! Great experience!
