Only had regular coffee brewed, with only one new employee, @2pm Thursday! Imagine that! Avocado toast was good. Unfortunately, spilled half my coffee, trying to open my door! Didn't suffer, any burns , on my left hand, thank God!

Today I ordered a donut topped with Strawberry icing and sprinkles, and a medium Carmel flavored ice coffee. My wait time in line at the drive thru was short and the price for my order was reasonable🍩

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE ! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY DESERVE 0 STARS! this is the worst dunkin I have ever seen , the drinks are never full they are always short serving customers , if they even make the drink correctly ! Not to mention making sure the lid is on the drink! I had to write this because this was the 4th consecutive time I gave this location a chance and they caused me to spill my hot coffee all over my blouse on my way to work because they failed to make surethe lid was secure. They also do not answer the phone so I can't get a refund or a new free drink for my ruined shirt. This Location needs to close down all together.

The food is average for Dunkin. But the staff is beyond poor. I literally got told “I will get to you when I can” no hello, no sorry we are busy, and then I continued to sit in line for 15 minutes for one cup of coffee. Outstanding….

Good service but due to the enormous wait times (15 minutes plus for 5 cars) I can’t recommend coming here. Staff was great and diligent but owner needs to hire more people.

I have had pretty good experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts up until this morning. Specifically the assistant manager was unnecessarily rude when I asked for a bagel. Stating that he wasn’t going to do that because they aren’t doing food that morning. (even though the person in front of me got food ). A simple sorry we can’t do that right now would’ve sufficed. His tone of voice was angry , very unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional. Along with that when we got the window one of our drinks was made wrong and he refused to fix it. Even if you are having an awful day there is no excuse to be that rude to a customer. I was truly shocked to find out that he was the assistant manager.

Worker just walk off to take smoke break 😩 left me standing 🧍♀️ there 😣 no other workers available sad. She could of said or put a sign up that she was breaking just walk away said nothing was kind of rude so I left. I'll keep my money well no McDonald's got it lol ...

This place has definitely been open before 7:00 in the morning. I hate that I always end up driving here because since theyre sometimes opened before 7 and then they're not but when I do at least the coffee's good
