Dunkin'

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE ! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY DESERVE 0 STARS! this is the worst dunkin I have ever seen , the drinks are never full they are always short serving customers , if they even make the drink correctly ! Not to mention making sure the lid is on the drink! I had to write this because this was the 4th consecutive time I gave this location a chance and they caused me to spill my hot coffee all over my blouse on my way to work because they failed to make surethe lid was secure. They also do not answer the phone so I can't get a refund or a new free drink for my ruined shirt. This Location needs to close down all together.

I have had pretty good experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts up until this morning. Specifically the assistant manager was unnecessarily rude when I asked for a bagel. Stating that he wasn’t going to do that because they aren’t doing food that morning. (even though the person in front of me got food ). A simple sorry we can’t do that right now would’ve sufficed. His tone of voice was angry , very unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional. Along with that when we got the window one of our drinks was made wrong and he refused to fix it. Even if you are having an awful day there is no excuse to be that rude to a customer. I was truly shocked to find out that he was the assistant manager.
