Subway

I had the worst experience ever at this subway. I walk up and tell the guy I want a number 2 MEAL. Comes with a drink and chips i assume because that is what is pictured on the menu. He asks me what meat I want and i tell him TURKEY, twice. He starts putting something on my sandwich that i know is not turkey. So i ask him, whats that on my sandwich? He says, "turkey bologna and salami." I was baffled and didn't know what to say. So then i pointed to the ACTUAL turkey and i asked, whats that? He says, that's turkey. I said ok, that's what i asked for and that's what i want on my sandwich. So he makes me a sandwich and then someone else,a girl, rings me up. I pay. Right after paying I asked her what size drink do i get with my meal. She says, "oh you wanted a drink? I only rung up the sandwich." I said yeah, i ordered a MEAL. So she rings me up again, i pay again. I get my drink and walk out, and about 60 seconds after leaving I realized that I forgot to grab a bag of chips. So i go back and grab a bag of chips without announcing it, (maybe that was a mistake?)and then i leave again. As I'm about to exit walmart through the double doors, the girl who rung me up approached me saying that her manager sent her because i took a bag of chips that i did not pay for. I looked at her confused and said, "ummm...you just rung me up twice because i wanted the MEAL which comes with chips and a drink, i went back because i forgot my chips." And she says oh, well the second time i rung you up I only rung you up for the drink not the chips." I said, I TOLD THE GUY WHO MADE MY SANDWICH 2 OR 3 TIMES and now you, 2 times, that i wanted the MEAL with chips and a drink. She says, I'm only doing what im told. And i said ok, well ill give you the money but i dont like being made to feel like a thief and that is how this girl made me feel. I asked how much the chips are and she says, "likeeeee 2 dollars." I'm Pretty sure a small bag of chips doesnt cost that much, and pretty sure that bag of chips didnt cost more than my drink but ok. So i handed her the $2 and left. After leaving I realized how i SHOULD have handled the situation but being that i had my young child with me, and i was so caught off guard and in shock from being accused of stealing, i just reacted by giving her 2 more dollars of my money that i did not owe that store. They stole my money and i am extremely angry about how it all happened. I have NEVER ,not once in my life had this happen to me. I've never been accused of stealing, especially something as ridiculous as a little bag of chips. The workers there are clueless and obviously need training. I will never return there ever again. After 2 days of trying to get a hold of a manager and not getting a return call, i finally get a call from the manager after my mother went into the store and the manager was rude on the phone with me. She over talked me the entire time and would not listen to my side of the story. So, for a meal that costs $6.50 give or take a few cents, i ended up paying $12. Worst service ive ever received, worst manager ive ever dealt with and this is the worst place ive ever been too. I will be calling corporate.

Rude, poor customer service, they dont care about disabled people, we ask for a highchair for child and the woman said we dont have highchair here, we ask again if we can use walmart cart to seat the baby anf keep safe she refuse and respond no carts inside , go another place, we insist for a solution and she said sorry I can not help you in was in a rude way. We have a 3 years disabled child, subway dont care about that, it was on may 23, 2017 - 5:00pm
