Mcdonald's

Empty restaurant. Myself and another gentleman waited in line and were ignored for 5 minutes. The gentleman walked out. I said good morning loudly to get everyone's attention and their response was everyone is busy. I just had a simple question. Their intention was to for us to use the automated machine. Customer service is terrible. A simple greeting of acknowledgment would alleviate frustrated and ignored customers.

Sprite was just carbonation and water and the nuggets had black specs when i ate them it tasted like ashes if someone flicked their cigarette butt on them and they weren’t the spicy nuggets i ordered. The lady handing the food had good service while the cashier guy was just sitting down and seemed like he didn’t want his job.The fries were the only thing good

Stopped by tonight to grab something quick for dinner as I wasn't going to have time to cook. The girl at the second window shoved my food out into my hand almost causing me to drop the Dr. Pepper and then she slammed the window on me after I had already sat there waiting for over 10 minutes on my food. When I got home and went to give everyone their food half the food wasn't even in the bag. The fries were absolutely disgusting, completly cold, stale, and unsalted. The nuggets were also cold and tasted old. The burgers were also, you guessed it, cold. Not only were they cold, but they had NOTHING on them, just the patties, which were all crumbling apart and tasted dryer than the Sahara desert, and cheese. We ended up having to throw it away and order pizza. Would not recommend this location as it has obviously just gone downhill and is filled with employees that don't care. They should just close it down at this point. Absolutely horrible.

This location is always on point and they go above and beyond. Smiley staff, and attentive management. Thank you to Kayla*(sp) for taking care of fixing my order and making it right! Good customer service means a lot, especially now. Some of us still realize how difficult it is and appreciate you all who work so hard! ❤️

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. The first time I went my burger was raw but I thought people have off days so no hard feelings. The time after that our food was so hard it was like it had been sitting out all day. The service is slow and it's definitely not worth the money. I'm surprised the news channel hasn't gotten called in for them making someone sick! Will never return again and am definitely spreading the word.
