Boost Juice Bars

Very quick and friendly service, and the smoothies always taste perfect :) Edit: this review was originally written couple years ago, when staff then were heaps friendlier and service more efficient. Gave 5 stars. Sadly now some of the new staff are just rude and unapproachable, not even a smile or hello. If getting orders close to closing time annoys you so much that you have to bring out your disgusting attitude to your customers then you shouldn’t be working in retail/hospitality. 2 stars because the only positive was that the drink was surprisingly good. This used to be my favourite store, now I will think twice about coming back. Very disappointed.

I'm not usually one to complain or leave negative reviews but I just feel as though I have to for this place. Every single time I come here it takes at least a minimum of five minutes to get served even when there is no line. The staff always seem to be preoccupied with menial tasks or talking amongst themselves whilst being completely oblivious to any customers even when they're standing right in front of them. They are slow to make the drinks (again even when there is no one else around) and just have a bad attitude. I've been to many different Boost locations and this store in particular is the only one that I've ever had issues like this with which leads me to believe it's poorly managed and/or the staff are poorly trained. Other locations even when busy will serve you, make your drink and you'll be on your way in half the time it takes this place to even take your order. I would no recommend coming here unless you have time to wait around until they decide they want to do their job.
