Kfc

Went here for dinner. The restaurant is clean in comparison to other locations I have went to. The staff were friendly and nice, happy to wait as they are currently understaffed. We got our order, the food quality is there, requested all left pieces for my order and the lady at the front was really nice and accomodating. We got our order, but we were missing the popcorn chicken. Had we not eat in, we would have missed our part of the order. That’s like $8-$9 for a maxi popcorn chicken, 1/3 of our total meal. Overall it was a good experience. I have attached what we are for reference.

Due to flooding and lettuce shortage, KFC has been "blending" cabbage to the lettuce to bulk it out. I don't like cabbage but I was willing to pick it out. I ordered 2 pepper Mayo sliders, opened the first and got picking...not one piece of lettuce amongst the 'blend. Ok, maybe that's just an unlucky handful of lettuce I thought. Next slider, exactly as shown in photo had a petite pinch portion of greens (portion control of non existence). I see 2 pieces of shredded lettuce. Blend isn't really a 'blend' as per definition,....and to add, the staff were miserable.

The store is dirty, tables haven't been wiped down, food all over the floors. I heard the manager tell a staff member to clean the dining room and it didn't happen. In my order I asked for a large potato and gravy and a regular gravy, the gravy was runnier than normal, the potato and gravy was just like slops it was all runny. I took the potato and gravy and plain gravy upto the counter and they replaced it all with 6 small tubs of potato and gravy that was made properly. We asked for fresh chips and the chips barely had salt on them. One staff member said to me that we are fast food and doing the best we can as my partner complained his chips weren't fully fresh. I'm sorry but if someone asks for fresh chips you get everything else ready and do the chips last so they are hot not do them first so they can sit and go cold. This is just beyond it, no wonder why I barely come here.

I ordered a family feast with 10 wicked wings. I received 4 pieces of chicken, 2 large chips and 10 wicked wings. The guy said its all there, the guys said yes. Told him no drink included, he's said "oh yea nah". Not only did I not receive a drink, but I wasn't given potato gravy and coleslaw either. Straight trash this place. I received 4 chicken strip tenders and 8 nuggets which I didn't even order and does not even come in family feast. No apologies or anything. Just " it's all there" with the goofyest smile. It's what happens when you hire kids

I ordered via the app and paid in advanced. Got to the restaurant and the drive through was not working and there were no signs that it was unavailable. I was happy to walk in and collect my order but it had not even been entered in the system so I had to wait 15 minutes for my food to be packed. They were short staffed, scrambling around for items to fulfil orders. No greeting, not friendly and unpleasant restaurant to visit.

Pretty terrible KFC - tables aren’t cleaned and customer service is non existent. I waited 15minutes to be served despite there being several staff members behind the counter. The only guy servicing looked lost and spent the entire time trying to get an order into a large bag at possibly the slowest pace in me could conceivable go at without being mistaken for a statue.

Went in to order, the staff clearly saw us, yet still waited 5 minutes to tell us dine in is closed. She could have told us in the beginning instead of kept us waiting. The store wasn’t busy at all, and the girl at front knew we were waiting to order from the beginning. And the reason we wanted to order in store instead of drive through is because we have been getting wrong orders from drive through more than 3 times at this store.
