Wendy's

Came to order some lunch. I always order cheese sauce with my fries. The "sauce" I received was a solid, congealed mass sliding around the cup. I open my sandwich and it was a chicken sandwich not the junior bacon that I ordered. When I called to speak to them about why they'd give me that nasty glob of cheese and if they'd want that to dip their fries in and brought it to their attention that the sandwich was wrong, the employee HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I didn't even have a chance to ask for my order to be replaced. That employee should be fired. You don't treat people that way. After I've been inconvenienced 3 times now when I should have been able to get the food I ordered the first time. I'll definitely be calling on a different shift to speak to someone who may have some more respect about that employees behavior and calling their corporate number as soon as they open.

May 18th 2022 345 p.m. Sat in the Drive-Thru waiting waiting waiting. The manager was in the office doing whatever, while the workers are out there doing two and three different positions at one time trying to keep up.. I thought that the manager is supposed to go out on the floor to help the employees when they're all backed up. The line was all the way out to the street.. I miss the old manager James he was always on the floor with the staff members and Kristen she always had the workers back and was always doing a whole bunch of different roles.

I just went through the drive thru with my co-worker and order a bourbon sandwich and there was a hair on it. I bit the sandwich where the hair was and it was in my mouth. That is how I found it. I pulled the hair out of my mouth and spit the food out. Absolutely disgusting. Definitely not coming back to Wendus ever again. I gave them 1 star but I would give them zero stars if I had that option

I just went to wendys on e main st Springfield and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with Bacon extra well done. When i opened my sandwich bacon was barley cooked..So i went back to have them fix it. After waiting through the drive-through line again.. I tell them that my order was not correct and the lady hands me a side of bacon rudely and said you can put it on there yourself the manager said this...Today Aug 14 2021 I hope your company looks in to seeing who the manager was and have a talk with her how to handle her customers they were in the wrong and I politely asked if they couldake me another sandwiches with my bacon well done not hand it to me for me to pull over and have to fix their mistake..
