Me and my dad stop in after a long 10 hour shift at work my dad ordered from the long john silvers side witch he had a good experience with them. The reason for the one star review is I ordered from the a&w side I ordered a 3 peice tenders combo meal witch came with 3 tenders a SMALL frie And a root beer witch was filled 80 percent of the way with ice . My tenders were maybe 3 inches long and I only got 3 of them not to mention the meal was 10 dollars you can get a lot of food at McDonald's for 10 dollars would not recommend

Stopped while on a long drive to get a quick bite to eat and were immediately concerned since the building was in obvious disrepair and there were a number of cars waiting in the parking lot for food. The inside was closed, so we ordered in the drive though and were told that the chicken fingers we ordered would take at least 10 minutes. The ice cream machine was also down, so we just left and stopped elsewhere.

Great staff, great food, good weather. Nice warm day to enjoy some chicken and a big ole root beer. Smiling drive thru attendant, low wait time and hot crispy food. Reliable for a quick meal on the go.

The order taker tried to dissuade me from ordering, I was the only customer and I don't think they wanted to work. Fish was old and soaked in grease and the slaw was spoiled(smelled and tasted horrible) she told me it would take about 12minutes because they were making to order😂😂😂 it literally was ready when I pulled around to the window. No greeting coming or going. I tapped on the window after she closed it and asked for condiments and told her thank you, have a good day. 2nd time this has happened here in a month. Wont be going back

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, there was no line. Communication from staff was horrible. Didn't get all if of our items. Very rude staff. Panhandlers in the parking lot. Horrible experience. We won't be back. What a shame.

0 [ZERO] STARS/////////This restaurant is a Dr. jekle and hyde operation. Usually bad service, incorrect orders, and extremely rude or apathetic managers and staff. This time was probably one of my worst experiences at any eatery ever.
The order wasn't right (sub 1 fish for the chicken plank) and the food was cold. Seriously, if I want chicken, KFC is where I would go anyhow. Instead I ended up with 2 chicken planks and NO FISH. We ordered 2 (sampler platters)the most expensive menu items at around $10.00 each. The 2 "identical" items were inconsistent with each other having a different amounts of large shrimp, French fries, and the smaller shrimp. The cole slaw was warm as soup because it was put into the boxes with the heated items.
I immediately called the store. I explained the situation to the manager. She suggested I return the food for replacement. We live about 10 miles southeast of town and I told the manager that was unreasonable and out of the question. We finally agreed that she would send me a coupon to replace 1 platter. She assured me that she would personally send the coupon. She was friendly and pleasant and I was satisfied that the problem was resolved.
1 week later I called the store to inquire about the coupon. I was told by a different manager that no coupon had been sent. That there is no record of me calling at all. Furthermore, it was TOO LATE now to do ANY THING since nearly a week had went by. I asked how that was fair. I got no response. I stated that anytime, anyone who buys a $ 10.00 meal at a fast food restaurant should at least be treated fairly if there is a problem. When I asked for her name, her general managers name and the corporate phone number she was very defensive and vague. This restaurant has again proven to be the epitome of a BAD DINING EXPERIENCE. They have absolutely NO INTEGRITY. THEY LIE, and are too LAZY AND STUPID to correct their actions. Smh!

Went through the drive thru last night ordered some milkshakes and the total at the box was different then what she says at the window so I ask what all am I rung up for she calls back exactly what I ordered but something not adding up right. Get the receipt and sure enough she done added at least 4 extra items totaling almost $10 extra then had to threaten to call the police before a manager would even talk to me about the situation y’all better be checking y’all receipts at this location because I’m sure if they done it once it’s happened several other times.
