Horrible service today around 1:40pm Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Our order was totally mixed up on the receipt and when it was handed to us. The money guy told my aunt she needs to learn to speak up when she WAS PERFECTLY LOUD on the speaker outside. Then the lady at the second window was rude and not helpful at all and we told her the drinks weren't right and she ignored us so we left.

Just purchased a 2 cheeseburger meal and large mocha frappe. Asked for hot mustard at the window because no condiment was provided for my fries.
"Hot mustard is 20 cents."

My birthday breakfast with a friend. New lady on the register with help from the manager. He was exceptional. He helped her wait on us and was very friendly and courteous. To our surprise the gentleman behind us paid it foward. We thanked him and I told him he bought my birthday breakfast. Very thoughful of him. Good experience.

With all the locations I have visited I will drive from Springfield just to order from this Fairborn location. Always great customer service and Hot tasty food.

Anti vax stickers on the drive thru windows and it’s quite upsetting, not to mention getting charged for a sauce that should’ve come with my kids meal in the first place. They’ve never been fast or efficient but I was gonna get over it but it’s just not worth it all together.

This place is a joke!! Service is slow and nobody but Andy seems to know what the hell they are doing. Got asked at the 2nd window if I had food when all I ordered was a frappe. 10 minutes later they came back to the window and asked me to move to the 3rd window because they were trying to fix the machine. Finally got the frappe 20 minutes from the time I ordered it. Slow service and clueless workers 👎👎👎👎👎

Have no idea way Hillcrest McDonald's is even open,was told multiple times it would be a better place with the new ownership couple years ago, still waiting!!!90% of the time with ordering for home or work foods never correct and sometimes even cold, one of the most worse visits was the 6 raw McChickens.Think I'll start driving the extra 5 minutes to upper valley pike yes only an extra 5 minutes
