First time in a Krispy Kreme. Wow! The front counter employee was so friendly, helpful, energetic, and happy. Our donuts were super fresh and delicious. Lots of great options. Valentine's Day themed donuts were a hit with our teens. The store was very clean. The restroom was spotless and stocked. We will definitely be back, when we are in that area in the future! What a great first experience! :)

I love Krispy Kreme and have never had any complaints about the donuts or customer service. But the last time I went to Krispy Kreme the glaze on the glazed donuts was very thin and they didn't taste very good. My brother bought some glazed donuts from the same store the very next day and they were fine so I guess the store was having a bit of an issue glazing the donuts on that one day.

My doughnuts were extremely hot!. Like blisters hot.! The taste was pretty stale too....I appreciated the hard work the lady in the window gave us though.

They offered me a free dozen glazed for my birthday, and that qualified as a purchase to enable me to get a dozen lemon glazed for $5.99! Two dozen donuts for $6 is an amazing deal!

My order was close but I don't care for creme filling. I took them back and they kindly gave me fresh new ones that I Do like,and I got to keep the other dozen...

Wish we still had a Krispy Kreme in the Mall of America. The best donuts ever!!!! My 4 year old son tried to eat a whole 12 count...lol Wish we had one in Iowa
