I have been working in Springfield for about 3 to 4 weeks now and I love McDonald's for lunch. I had to go to the Allen St location for a couple of weeks. I am now in a different area and I will be using the Page Blvd McDonald's.
HUGE Difference right away, I was greeted like a person, staff is 10 times nicer and it was .22 cents cheaper for the same exact thing I got at the Allen St location. I worked in fast food for almost 2 years and trust me I know how hard it is, but a little kindness and respect go a long way with customers, the entire staff at Allen St are just.....there.. collecting a paycheck. It's amazing the 180 degree turn around from one McDonald's to another. Keep up the great work Page Blvd !!

I drove 5 miles to get a big Mac and a cheeseburger. In the store, all the girls were in front speaking Spanish while One young man was making the sandwichs. I returned home to "Ice" cold sandwiches. I will Never return to McDonald's on page Blvd.

Teach your employees how to work at a fast food restaurant and not drag their feet for every customer. Plus your employees don’t even know how to make good iced coffee. I was handed a black iced coffee one time. SMH. I’m not lovin it

This is one of the worst McDonalds in the city.
Breakfast and lunch it’s mostly fine. But later in the evening it seems only the rudest and laziest people seem to be working.
They’ll leave the lights on and monitor up but no one will ever answer. If it’s remotely close to when they’re supposed to close down they’ll just not take orders and let people sit there till they get annoyed and leave.

I ordered a medium caramel latte, reviewed a small coffee cup with some caramel added to it. Otherwise, the food was good. Not always accurate.

McDonald's store located on page Bblvd is disgusting. They lack customer service skills and food is undercooked. This was bought tonight 1/3/2020 at exactly 10:15pm. Two quarter pounders. These things should be well done after waiting at the take out window almost 15 minutes. Rethink getting paid the 15 an hour.

5p.m and they never have anything no milk for shakes every day is the same story machine broken or out of product!!!! At 5p.m no milk or Fanta or this or that!!!
