The food wasn't bad, but the staff was very unprofessional and kept bad mouthing customers and cussing out loud. The store is incredibly filthy and dirty and the staff was throwing things at each other and goofing off. The store was also out of over half the drink options

I had to write corporate unfortunately because of my terrible experience at this Wendy's. It saddens me a lot because the owner is a nice man but the workers are ignorant, rude, and lying to push sales. Heres what I wrote to corporate. "The Wendy's at 1312 West Kearney Springfield Missouri 65802 has on 2 separate occasions refused to give me the frosties I was supposed to get with my key tags. The advertisement for these key tags is "one free jr frosty per transaction per visit per keytag with ANY purchase". I have 4 key tags and they DO NOT specify an amount or number of items you must buy to get your frosties. However on two separate occasions this Wendy's has tried to make me purchase 4 items to get my 4 frosties. They are changing the words to force people to buy more food then is required for the free frosties PER KEYTAG. They told me that its per item and that they wont give me the frosties unless I purchase the same amount of items. They seem to be ignorant to what the word transaction means because they dont understand that it means I can spend a dollar if I want to (although I always spend much more) and I would still get all 4 of my frosties. I have had a terrible day as it is and I just wanted to get my food and go home and rest. I'm extremely disappointed and I've been crying since I left because I had to argue with 2 different people (the worker and the manager) and still had to leave with nothing. I'll never go back to that Wendy's. Please teach them customer service skills and how to treat customers. I'd also like to receive the frosties I was meant to have. If this is what corporate is teaching their workers to say, it is false advertising and bully tactics and I'd like to speak with whoever's at the top of everyone. If not please correct this matter."

Wendy's has the best breakfast of any fast food restaurant in town. The West Kearney Wendy's is fast, workers are courteous & friendly AND THE SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE BISCUIT IS THE BEST !!! Their biscuits are huge & their eggs are fried. Biscuits & gravy are delicious. I'm a new Wendy's customer, but I will definitely be a customer of this Wendy's for a long time. ANYBODY THAT HASN'T TRIED BREAKFAST AT WENDY'S IS MISSING OUT.

I hope Wendy's isn't starting to hire people similar to how Burger King does. The people in the drive thru didn't greet me at all or say anything unless I said something to them and they just stared at me. A "hello" would be nice... Also, their scanner didn't work so I couldn't even use my digital frosty key chain for the first time since I got it.

The baconator is still a great pick! They got my sandwich wrong in the Drive-Thru last time I went, even though the ticket said the correct order, and I had to wait through a long line of other customers to get the correct sandwich. That said, they were respectful and happy to replace it with the sandwich I had ordered and didn't give me any flack like some fast food joints do. I know the long lines aren't their fault per. I still absolutely choose this Wendy's for my morning coffee and croissant!

The food this day was just so so. We were really disappointed. My husband's chili was the best item we got! The Wendy's way out W. Kearney is always better than this one !

One lady was working the register and also handling food. No gloves, and I did not notice her wash her hands in between those times. I understand it can get busy but health and cleanliness should be priority.
