This taco bell has improved drastically over the past 2 years. The overly playful staff seem to have gone elsewhere, and orders are made fast and correctly. The real treat here is at lunch time during the week days when the sweetest older gentleman is working the drive through window. He always has a smile on and his positivity is infectious! Please give that man all his deserved credit, he makes it a delight to get taco bell!

Me and my wife try to come here and every time they either mess up my order and short me food or they act like they are closed an hour early. I don't know who the manager is but I wouldn't even try and go here this taco bell is awful and not worth the money or time. Even the Baja blast is trash

They nail it every time, orders are always correct, energy is always high, best fast food restaurant on Port Royal when it comes to customer service. Not much else to say, keep up the great work.

Went to purchase 2 Mexican pizzas. The Items is listed on the sign. Went to order and was told they don't have any. So, I'm guessing management is not allowed to put a sign on the drive through menu to let people know they are out of an Item. Spent my money elsewhere, unsure of a return.

Now that the app is working again (yay!), I find this Taco Bell location to have great value, convenience, and general awesomeness. The service is wonderful, especially if you go on the weekends when David is working. He is the sweetest! I'm sure I go to Taco Bell WAY too much (2x/week pretty religiously), but they really are fantastic. They give us no reason not to come back and many more reasons to keep coming. The app provides good value and order-ahead convenience along with free rewards once you reach a certain tier of points, a beautiful addition. That combined with the tasty food and new menu items here and there keep me coming back. The only thing missing is having a way to skip the line when you order on the app without having to go into the store. Keep up the good work!

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I have been to this location many times. This time it was one of the worst meals I have had at any taco bell. I had the chalupa and taco combo, they both tasted like they had been cooked in very old and rancid oil. Hours later I have a bad taste in my mouth, wish I had not eaten them

What more can you say about the good ole’ Bell? As long as it’s hot it all tastes good and pretty much the same so I’m usually satisfied. Thumbs up

Taco Bell is a staple for getting late night food yet it closes at 9:30 every night but everywhere else it closes past 12. Now the lobby is getting closed early. Very pathetic And whoever owns the place is very inexperienced in business.
