Burger King

Need to beware using coupons at this location. They will not honor the coupons price if you change anything. For example getting a small soda instead of small coffee. I did just that and got charged $2 more. Then the lady at the windows asks if I want a receipt , I say yes I want to call and ask why the BK out in Brooksville will honor the same coupon but the one on 50 and Mariner will not. She tosses the receipt at me and slams the window. This is not the first time this location has done things like this to me. Kinda like a crop shoot if you'll get good customer service or not. One time I asked for no onions on my whopper and they charged me extra to make a new one with out onions.. I just take them off myself now.... I did call the corporate number and explained to them. And got the .. there's nothing we can do about it... speech.

Just started using this Burger King. Previous visits had been good and the drive thru met my speed and customer service expectations. Today didn't work like that at all. Placed order and moved to window. Staff seemed to have no clue how to run the place. Finally the cashier came to the window, her words were "ok, now I got it". I was handed my food and gave her $10.39 for a $6.39 order, expecting $4 in change. Without going into detail, let's just say the the change returned to me was incorrect and ended with her loudly stating that I had not given her the amount I was stating. I didn't feel like working the manager for a few cents, so I merely asked her to provide my drinks so I could leave. She handed me the drinks but continued with attitude when I asked which drink was diet. It's been a while since I received this poor level of customer service. I hope it is an isolated event.

20 minute wait... manager cussing employees... mayonnaise on our burgers when we specify "no mayo ". When your the manager those kids should respect you. Cussing at them in front of the entire dining obviously doesn't motivate them. If the cook respected you more he'd spend more time cooking and Less time dancing and we wouldn't have had to wait such an unreasonable amount of time. Good news is there's burger king's everywhere and maybe the next manager will run a more well respected establishment.

Everytime I ask for the food to be fresh (I have zero problems waiting) it’s literally been warmed up probably 5 times. That’s what it looks and tastes like. Also we are usually always missing something. Went back in because they only gave us one onion ring and the “visiting” manager acted like he was lying 😂 I will probably just stop expecting this place to provide any quality service.

Attempted to make a mobile order several times and the website kept giving an error. Called the store to check if the pricing would be honored and was assured it would be. I printed the page just in case. Upon arrival I was informed that unless I had a coupon code I wouldn't get the online pricing. So not only did I leave hungry but I also wasted considerable time waiting in line. I was also told there was no way for me to complain, so 1 star review it is. I highly recommend avoiding at all costs. Go somewhere else that won't waste your time or try to rip you off.

Very sad that an employee can not count to four. I received three nuggets instead of four and called the manager and she said I could go back right now and they will redo the order. It would have been fine if I wasnt 15 min away and in the hospital bringing my mom the food she asked for. How do the employees expect to make $15 an hour when they cannot count to four.
