Pizza Hut

Will never be back there again. We had a rude waitress as soon as we walked in the doors. We stood for about 5-6 minutes waiting for a table and we finally asked for one she was so snarked up about it. There was a sign that said “it would be our pleasure to seat you” .And then we had stand and wait for to wipe the table off. When the food came out my grannies sandwich had absolutely no meat on it. It was so nasty and i would be ashamed to have restraunt that dirty. Don’t eat there!!

Me and my family came in a while ago and had the tall server. She had an attitude with everything she said and gave terrible service, which is why we didn’t go back. Me and my husband decided to give it another chance and i’m glad we did. The server we had this time was shorter and had awesome service. She had a welcoming approach and had the sweetest smile every time she checked on us. Was the best service we’ve had there.

Mom and I ordered ham and cheese sandwich with fries. Moms sandwich only had 2 very thin pieces of ham and mine had no ham and no cheese. When I said something to the cashier she became rude and nasty to me. Her name is Aleeyah I ask for the manager and he was just as bad. stood with his arms folded and never apologied. Never tried to fix the issue. When I said to him this is why I haven't ate here in over 20 years he laughed and said good. I will never go back into this pizza hut, it was nasty had to ask to have a table wiped down before we could sit down. There was only 2 other couples in there all the tables were nasty.

Absolutely EMBARRASSING! $107 Worth of garbage! I paid for 6 pizzas: 2 cheese, 4 Supreme. It tasted like it was over a week old and was thinner than the cap off a Wal-Mart water bottle! NO EXAGGERATION! It's seriously a 1/4 thick! It was like chewing cardboard!!! An absolute disgrace of an establishment, to say the least. There wasn't even toppings on the SUPREME! just a few shriveled up old mushrooms and a few pepperoni. Would not recommend. I'd post photos if I could!

We order the pizza through the app. We received a notice that it could take 104 minutes. No big deal there is a staff shortage, we understand. after 80 minutes or so the pizza tracker showed that they were making our order. At the 120 minute mark still no pizza. We called the store and when we inquired about it they stated they canceled our order. We received no notification. They stated they had called to let us know. My phone showed no miss call. I had in fact kept my phone next to me the whole time to watch the tracker. So not only had our order been canceled they lied about notifying us. This is after waiting 2 hours!!. The transaction is still showing on my bank card. I will be checking with my bank tomorrow to see if it has actually been canceled and give it a couple of days to drop off my card. There still has been no email or confirmation that our order was actually canceled. Terrible experience and terrible service. Luckily our city has several other pizza places so we will probably continue to use them. Sorry I know these kind of things happen but the lying and lack of notification for 2 hours was a bit ridiculous.
