Absolutely disgusted, brought 13 whole chickens from Christmas, sat down for Christmas lunch.
People have already eaten their food some are half way only to find maggots moving around in the chicken.
We have a pregnant family member and elderly and kids who have eaten the chicken.
One person has actually been sick since eating them.
The staff were disgusting! Not even apologetic at all and to top it off my cousin was abused by the owner of the store who was a grown man up in my cousins face . Will never come back to this sore again and definitely will be letting everyone know not to as well.

Nice people but never understood how Red Roster have remained in business until today. Got food that tasted old and was also supported with out of date drinks and deserts. Please, I know you seldom get customers and always empty, but please find a better way to turn the unsold and out of date food over and replace with fresh, in date food. Great people, but food is questionable.

The family burger pack was great value for money. The chicken was thick, moist and crunchy, I was impressed with the portion size and overall flavour.

It's a 50/50 here most times, either forget you items or put on that much sauce that it's inedible. But generally staff are always friendly and willing to fix their mistakes

I haven't had red rooster in years, now I remember why. Not only did they leave me waiting in store for ages with my food sitting the bench getting cold. They left items out of my order and when I got home I realised the order was wrong altogether. Worst customer sevice .

The worst red rooster in the state of Vic. How it’s still running is extremely confusing. Surely your running this place at a loss. In fact the whole franchise has gone downhill for many years now.

Enjoyed the food but not the server's attitude when she acted as if we had asked too when when we asked if the table could be wiped as there was still left over food scraps and paper bags from the previous customers. Won't be going to that red rooster again.

Had not had Red Rooster for a while and Got a value pack but was very disappointed. The chicken was only just warm and dry. The nuggets were totally cold and the chips lacked the usual seasoning which made them bland. The corn was ok. Not rushing back in a hurry
