Buffet King

I rarely do this but...BEWARE. I have worked in food for 20+ years...I come here often because I love the chicken wings but today...WOW!!! None of food on the buffet was to temp!! I asked the "manager" if she knew what the temps were supposed to be, and she looked confused...someone is going to get sick. Also our server was on her phone the whole time she waited on us...there is no such thing as good customer service anymore. It's a shame.

Much better than the previous Sunrise buffet. Lots of variety, even some pizza and chicken wings. Hibachi, sushi, shrimp, oysters and all the regular stuff. For the 2 of us, with waters, it was $19 and some change. Most of what I got was pretty fresh. The house chili sauce was good. There were no crab legs, my boyfriend was a little sad about that. We went on a Friday and it wasn't terribly packed. The floor is really uneven in many places, so if you have poor balance or have a hard time walking, be careful!

Walked in and there was a lot of steam coming from the buffet so we expected the food to be really hot but instead it was just luke warm at best. Also there was a customer on her phone up at the buffet getting food with a very large dog sniffing the counters. We almost left right then but decided to give them a chance. Probably won't go back though.

The food better than it used to be. But they charge you every you make a trip to the buffet. I did not see it posted that you are charged per trip. I have only been to buffets that charge one price. So if you have children and you go back to the buffet bar to get a child's plate , you will be charged for an adult trip. . Buyer beware. Very disappointed.
