Panda Express

STINGY AND GROSS!! Just walked in there and ordered $100 worth of food for my family. It was hot as hell in there the whole time, but the food was good. As we were cleaning up to leave, the manager Crisla was near the trashcan and we were throwing away a couple to go boxes that we hadn’t used. She actually reached in the can, snatched them out of my kids hand and said “I’ll take that.“ Gross. On the way back to my car, I dropped my drink cup and the bottom broke out of it. I went back to get a replacement cup and the cashier gave me one. As I was filling it at the fountain, Crisla actually sent the clerk after me to tell me that I had to pay for the cup. After spending that amount of money at a fast food restaurant, I would’ve hoped they wouldn’t harass me about a five cent paper cup.

Ordered chow mein and orange chicken Chow mein tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Orange chicken was a disgusting SOGGY mess with very little sauce. Tasted like it had been boiled. Threw it in the trash. Went through McD's drive-thru. Pathetic when McDonald's tastes better than Panda. Avoid this place like the plaque. Corporate should secret-shop this place. They would shut it down

Limited entrées selection😕 (at least 4 missing) and at checkout, Tabitha, the 'manager', removed items to ring me out and didn't return my entire order to the sack and didn't include fortune cookies with order. It took 2 callbacks to get someone to answer and left me with a very dissatisfied experience.

One star is WAY TO GOOD to give the Shawnee location. It's one big gamble for them to have what you want, most of the time they have NO soy sauce, 3 out of 5 times if you get what you want It's old and/or have a after taste. I am tired of the gamble and won't be going back. I hate frozen dinners, but I think I could find better Chinese food if I looked.
