I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff were quite unfriendly and at one point a staff member made an inappropriate comment about the uber eats driver who was there to pick up an order. We also had an entertainment book voucher for their store and they would not honour it. Will never go there again.

Subway Rutherford has just reminded me why I haven't been to any Subway in 5yrs. What a pile of slop. Not even my dog ate it. I think the secret they don't want you to know is their supposedly healthy rolls are full of sugar to keep them fresh longer. Scam

A few times now we have had a large order of multiple subs and the staff couldn't be nicer about it. They are all made with precision and never a wrong item added, and nothing ever left off. Great work and excellent customer service!!!

The girls are always lovely when my son and I come in. My son broke his ankle last Thursday and we always come in on a Monday, so I came in tonight, as they had said they would put my son's favourite cookies aside for him. As promised they had put cookies aside for us. It was so nice of them and made my son's night. Thank you xxx

Friendly staff, in and out fairly quick.
But seem to consistently have an issue with slicing the bread all the way through had to rip more than my fair share here.

Staff were not happy to be there. I had steak it wasn't cut in half and the roll just fell to pieces with the amount of sauce in it. The cutting boards were also very stained
