Cold Rock

Even though it is a premium price, it is definitely a premium product. I wanted to spoil my kids for getting the covid jab and they were both overjoyed when we arrived. It took around 10 minutes for them to make a decision on what they wanted to get and the staff member waited patiently for us to place our order. Two shakes and two icecream mixes and everything tasted amazing. The shop was clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. Great work!

We drove especially to visit a Cold Rock ice creamy and were not disappointed. The lady serving was very efficient and also friendly. The business has a great selection and a very large selection of add on's. The chocolate add on's were all quality and this added to the whole experience. Due to stupid restrictions we could not taste test We also could not sit inside but we're free to sit in the mall mixing with far more people.

Great gimmick they get you scoop of your chosen ice cream and mix it with a chocolate, lollies or biscuits of your choice. Very over priced an adult and 3 kids under 10 yrs old will set you back $50. I love ice cream and as a treat decided to get the large take home pack (little bit larger then a Chinese container) as many different choices as you like $25 without anything mixed through. Now $25 for a Chinese container of ice cream, maybe if the ice cream was quality like "New Zealand ice cream" as a special occasion, but the ice cream isn't quality they have flavours like chocolate (cheap looking and tasting) strawberry, bubblegum and vanilla all taste cheap. But there are more flavours like watermelon, ferrero, cookies and cream, passionfruit, mint chocchip etc. Looking at which ice cream scoops I wanted, I took for ever bcause nothing caught my eye (yes gçnothing me an extreme lover of all things desert especially ice cream). To wrap it up your I don't think it is worth the $$ .

Regular customer.. love the flavour of barely warm.. Hot coffee after driving short distance straight home..also barely warm .. Hot dog again. Found the same problem when I was able to eat in store ! Don't like to complain.. But Hot food & Hot coffee should be HOT ! PLEASE. I do always request really HOT !

Absolutely loved Cold Rock but had an unpleasant experience tonight. Ordered a regular Rum & Raisin take away ice cream, then drove 20 minutes back home only to find out there was a hair in my ice cream. I called them & advised them, the lady was rude, didn’t apologise, only said I had to take it straight back because she couldn’t do anything without seeing it.. Wouldn’t have been a problem if I lived only 2 minutes away..
