I just left sonics on farmerville hwy.. The fries was cold and HARD!!! 🤬🤬 We as customers spend too much money for food not to be fresh and hot.. And we deserve to have fresh food!!!! The burger was cold…

Ordered their new Patty Melt. The meat tasted good, but two meat Patty's on two soggy pieces of not toasted bread IS NOT a Patty Melt! Get it right or give it a different name!

I loved Sonic but they have started putting ketchup on the burgers. Ketchup goes on fries tater tots and onion rings not burgers.

North side Sonic is way better than the one on the south side of town! The food is fresh and almost no wait. Plus employees are very polite and understanding. Couldnt see my tots in the bag but they quickly brought me another order of tots...get home and find the lost ones lol.

Shakes were good, but they got my order wrong = disappointed bc it was $5.

The staff and food were fine but they have a serious equipment issues. The order taker had to come outside because she couldn't hear me even though I was basically yelling into the machine. She didn't bring a notepad so she had to keep asking me through the machine when she went back in and of course couldn't hear me. The vehicle next to me was having the same issue.

This place is awful. Wheres the rest of my kids food? I ordered chicken strips with a medium tater tot and got a small fry that was half filled. I tried to send the fry back to get the tots that I ordered and they said they wouldn't swap them out. I guess because there was barely any food in it. Well that's how you sent it to me. We cant stand sonic french fries so I can assure you that we didnt eat them. I threw a fit and this is all they would give me. This was to feed 2 kids and it was barely enough for 1. Will NEVER come back to this sonic!

The place is alright and the food is good, it's not super awesome, but it's good, and their mozzarella sticks are good. I dont really care that much for their chicken because it's always so dry, like it's dryer than I was that day when I fell asleep on the beach with no umbrella, but other than that, it's good and the staff is always friendly, with the " Hey how are you?" "Have a good day" and when we give them a tip, they always say Thank you . So at least the staff is friendly.. Also the place looks pretty run down, there's mildew on the building and the signs are all messed up lookin' , it looked just as messed up as I did when I hit a truck head on with a four wheeler trying to haul tree limbs across a field, true story
