Chick-fil-a

I really don't care for their chicken. But my husband keeps wanting to go back and try something different. So we go for his taste buds' sake. This time we bought chicken nuggets for the puppy. I tasted them before I gave them to her, to make sure they were not too hot, and to see if they would be something I would like to eat in the future. Well the answer was no to both issues. They were not fresh out of the pot. And no, I don't want them in the future. Just Me, De 3-26-2022

WORST experience EVER!!! Sat in line 35 mins... I kid you not! Unable to get out cars in front, beside and behind me.. IDK what they had going on this day but I was past mad! Went there thinking chick fil a never takes long! Then the food wasn't even fresh to help you understand the reasoning behind the wait!!

Honestly I love my West Monroe store on Glenwood Dr its the ABSOLUTE BEST... SUPER POLITE FRIENDLY COURTEOUS ....... AND NOTHING LIKE THESE PEOPLE WERE TODAY in RUSTON... NOTHING As it was not my normal store, I was unsure of how they did their drive thur,... And moved to other lane.. An initializing conversation with me the Chick-fil-A employee immediately (1st thing) told me not to change lanes that it was unsafe: mind you NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS NEAR ME, Nor was I familiar with this place.. Second, I can assure you that it's not smart to tell your new and unfamiliar customers Thirdly as a grown adult who drives my personal vehicle for a living,.... I don't need some youngen employee telling me ANYTHING LET ALONE about SAFTEY!!!! I expect an extremely friendly and polite greeting which I did not receive, as well as when I got to the window three employees were talking amongst themselves and after 2 cars behind me and one ahead had received orders,THEN ASKED MY NAME only after... AND Only other words spoken to me they told me to move my vehicle up so they could get everybody else's food 1st... To say the least I'm extremely disappointed with the Ruston Chick-fil-A ALL THAT BEING SAID........ I will not go there again!!!! IF YOU WANT A TOP NOTCH RESTAURANT ** Glenwood drive West Monroe Chick-fil-A where everyone is always courteous, polite, friendly and Always make my day with the joyous smiles!!!! AS WELL AS Appreciate My Business and Respect their customers!! ** Sorry for the low review Ruston but it is what it is!!
