Walked in and didn't get greeted at all, that's ok, but there was a girl at the counter straight up staring out into the distance. She only snapped out of it when someone went through the drive through. There were workers and what I assume was a manager were sitting in the lobby being a bit loud. That didn't last too long. But after we got our order,the drive though girl had sat down on the other side of us and got really irritated that someone came through. I went to the bathroom,it stank to high heck. The food was good.......

Food was good. I really like their fish and malt vinegar. Okra and slaw were also tasty. The unsweet tea tasted bad. Possibly powered instant instead of brewed. The 5 shrimp for $1.99 were very, VERY small. Not worth the two bucks. Staff was very loud and noisy. It was like eating inside a 50 gallon drum and someone with a club banging on the side. Add the overly loud "background music" and the dinning experience was less than enjoyable. The wife said if we stop there again, it will be for takeout. But the fish was tasty.

Lawd knows I must love my father. I pulled up at 8:27pm and I'm still waiting in the drive through. I'm almost to the window, there are 2 cars ahead of me. It's 9:07pm now. This is not knew and the one reason I never come here on my own desire. And it'll be the one reason I never come back. My father can waste an hour of his own time! Friends, don't do it. You know the food is going to be cold. I finally got my food at 9:16pm. Smh... I know there is a lesson in here somewhere.

Friendly staff, food tasted good but come on, what happened to the serving sizes? The fish were no bigger than fish sticks. Real disappointed. I took picture but dont know how to attach it to this review. A deluxe seafood platter today looks nothing like it use to or should for the price you pay.

I ordered the Number 1. The "Giant Fish Sandwich". This is what I got. I asked if this was the normal amount of fries that came with the meal. Her response to me was, "That's not enough for you?" I was told that this was the normal amount and that I couldn't have anymore. The fish on the sandwich also wasnt even hot, calling it warm would be a stretch. I definitely wont be eating here again.

We stopped here yesterday to pick up lunch and we were thoroughly pleased. The young lady taking the order was not only patient but she had a pleasant personality and repeated our order back for accuracy. All of our meals were fresh, hot, and delicious! Their sweet tea was also very delicious. If we are ever in Ruston again we will be sure to stop here.
