Horrible! This was my second time going to this location yesterday and I was hoping it would be better than the first time but NO! It wasn’t. There is no variety of different pizza, all I seen was plain cheese, Mac and cheese pizza, and Hawaiian pizza and sausage pizza. Barely had any pepperoni out. It all looked dry and definitely not fresh!!! The workers move like sloths back there and do not put a rush on things. The desert bar was empty and I had to wait forever just to get something fresh. I was really hungry for pizza and salad together but I had to settle for just a salad, that’s about the only good thing about this CiCis is the salad bar oh! and the music was good, lol. My family was not impressed or satisfied with the food at all, and we did not enjoy our time there. We will not be back! ✌🏼

Delicious &, though prices went up, still reasonable as always. So much variety. Like that, if they don't have a pizza type you want, they'll make up the type you like & put it in the line up, or give you a few pieces before they set it on the counter. Nice idea.

Terrible service. No pepperoni pizza. Literally none. Took over 30 min to bring a pizza out. Asked to order a pepperoni pizza for my table (for my son) and with an attitude I was told they would work on it. 30 min later, NOTHING was brought out! Waste of time and money!

Tables dirty, food on the floor, pizza was greasier than normal. What pizza was on the buffet. They had a variety of spinach, cheese, and Hawaiian pizza but not much else. Dessert buffet was terrible, the cinnamon rolls were as hard as they look (see pictures) and staff was not working very hard while the manager was eating out of what looked like a kitchen mixing bowl.
I'm a huge fan of cicis but not this one

The environment was not the best but good and the food was also very good and tasty so overall I would give it 4 stars.

For our first experience at this CiCi's, it was not very good and I would never recommend this place to anyone. We ordered the chicken wings and was never advised of how long it would take. We got our food and sat down to eat. After 15 minutes, I approached the clueless cashier to inquire how much longer and she said it's almost finished. Waited another 5 minutes and nothing. So I requested a refund since someone obviously forgot to put it in. The manager tried to say it takes longer since its baked, that's not accurate and even if it was, we should be told ahead of time. The cashier seemed like she was in Lala land and the manager doesnt care about anything. The playroom was a ridiculous excuse for an arcade. Some games didn't work and 80% of what they had was a claw drop that was so weak that it couldnt pick up a feather.

Wonderful place to come an eat im a regular an i love it when the cook(Adrain) makes my pizza without asking an brings it out... jhonatan is always nice an friendly and very attentive to customers...yummy yummy 4 my tummy...

Delivery was cold, pizza was the saddest looking thing I have seen, very bland, and it was not cheap! Stay as far away as you can!
