Napoli's

My wife and I have lived in Rowlett for a very long time. We drove by often and always wanted to stop in a give them a try. The food was good, the service was fair and the atmosphere was apt. The bread that was served to the table was hard, and cold. It took 15 minutes for our water to come back to the table after dropping off drinks and bread, then when I asked for more fresh bread, it was another 20 minutes before they returned with the bread or to refill our drinks. The kid was more interested in conversing with his female coworker than us. Not the best experience but the food was good.

It was pretty clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The bathrooms were definitely cleaner than most places, so two enthusiastic thumbs up there! I had the caprese salad with grilled chicken and it was not great but it was good. If you are looking for a quick/casual/fast italian joint, this is it! Disfruta/enjoy! 🔥

The restaurant looks great after being remodeled, kinda upscale and more in line with the quality of their Italian food. Napoli's is excellent food, especially the pizza. You can order anything off the menu and you will get the feeling of being grateful. When you bite into it, you can taste the ingredients are high quality and not the cheap stuff. This place been here for years and never disappoints because it is consistently excellent quality. I recommend taking your family to Napoli's for a delicious meal.

Ok, I must of got lucky today. I walked in today and this place smelled so clean and then the food aromas hit you. It was extremely clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wait staff was efficient. The mens restroom was being cleaned., so l had to wash my hands in the ladies. The restroom were definitely cleaner than most places, already a plus here. I had a ice cold salad and chicken piccata, very delicious and a nice presentation on the salad and entree. The Garlic rolls are fresh and very large portions. If you are looking for a local Italian location give it a try🔥

What a delightful evening. Our extended family of nine (our son and family are local, hubby and myself are from out of country) visited here on a Friday night and had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere feels like home as soon as you walk in and the food was fantastic. Sofia and her family were so personable and still very professional. Service was quick and yet we asked for them to go more slowly so we could enjoy each other’s company and they happily obliged. We even stayed later than usual laughing and joking with the owners and staff. Our 3 kids aged 5-10 were far from bored and loved the food as well. Also very much appreciated the affordable prices, large portions and BYOB!! And the lemoncello cake was to die for! This place is a home run and not to be missed. Highest of recommendations from our whole crew!! 😊
