Denny's

Came in last night expecting a good experience, and without being dramatic, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences in recent memory. Aside from our waitress - Jamie - every single person working in that restaurant last night had NO business being anywhere near customers or food for that matter. The people making the food were apparently not cooks we were told, hence the food being grossly undercooked or completely charred… we got served an appetizer dish which had chicken tenders, without being dramatic, one of them genuinely looked like it had a bite taken out of it as seen in the picture attached. That picture is the exact way it was delivered to us. There was an employee - a young lady with greenish blue hair - who had the worst attitude towards everyone that walked in. She did nothing productive the whole time we were there. She just walked aimlessly around the kitchen bar area occasionally making inappropriate comments instead of helping customers who were waiting to be seated or clearing tables. She kept yelling that she was hungry, and had her food made by the people cooking instantly while there were customers like myself sitting at their tables for over an hour without food. There were multiple tables that left, for which she laughed to her co-workers. Some other employee walked in towards the end of our meal carrying her baby around the kitchen in which she was working. Our waitress was very nice, this is not a comment towards her, but rather the whole experience. I highly suggest taking the drive to another Denny’s location when possible

Rotting raw burgers and veggies . Not even what we ordered ( we DID order burgers but we ordered all different burgers no one got just a normal burger ) . My sister in law took a very small bite of meat to see if it was edible because she was starving and she got sick from it. This is disgusting and dangerous.

Tried to drop off my son (high school) to meet up with his friends here, first day after school ended for summer. Everything says it is open 24hrs. They all figured it was a decent place to have breakfast and meet before a day out. They were closed at 7am. Heck, even an employee showed up at about 715 and was surprised to find the place locked up. Drove by the day prior (by chance) to see not a single person in the lot, roughly at the same time of day. Another family came and left while we were waiting, also unable to enter. Heard them talking about Bob Evans at the next exit down. Actually did go here for a meal about 15 years ago. It was reasonable, and as to be expected. Greasy diner food. Somewhat clean accommodations. Not my first choice for a healthy breakfast.

Unfortunately this place needs to improve on cleanliness. Restrooms need an overhaul they are dirty most of the time. The waiting for food preparation is somewhat not bad around 15 minutes there have been times where the wait was more than a hour but I guess that was because they were short handed. Windows curtain need cleaning their is dust almost everywhere. Sorry but I have to say things like they and hope for the better.

I have never been so disgusted in a restaurant. The waitstaff were terrible. The coffee was cold. I waited far too long to have an order never taken. My wife and I decided to leave after we watched the waitstaff on their phones while we sat with our menus closed in front of us, a usual sign that you have picked what you want to eat. When we asked for our bill for the coffee, which is all we had because we didn't even get to order our food, the hostess cursed out loud. Another patron said that they saw it too. I will never go back there, and I suggest others don't go as well.

We went in for breakfast this morning, the waitress told us to seat ourselves and she would bring over some menus. We waited for 30 minutes with no menu and no service. The waitresses were passing me and making eye contact so I know they saw I was frustrated. When I finally went up to the counter to ask for help the waitress said she forgot about me and then said I should’ve come and asked for a menu earlier. That simply is not my job?! When I caught an attitude rightfully so, I was told by a male employee to leave. So we did exactly that. I will never come back to this place and I don’t recommend it one bit.

Sat for an hour and a half. Waitress didn't put our meal in, then blamed the cook. Then loudly proclaimed to the manager that yes they are mad I ain't dealing with them. well yes we are mad, we didn't get refills for over an hour and you forgot to put our meal in. then the "manager wrote this out like it will accomplish anything. How is this okay
